Strive to manage the company to the best of our ability so that Hotty Polymer can continue to grow, generate profits every year, and make donations—however small—to the Japanese Red Cross Society and other non-profit organizations (NPOs) each year.

Make continuous efforts to create a work environment and enhance employee benefits that support the health of all employees, including myself, and strive to maintain safe factories. We will also share health-related information through internal newsletters and promote health management through the Environmental Committee, 5S Safety and Health Meetings, and the SDG Committee, while working toward obtaining certification as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization.
Increase employee interviews in each department and focus on mental health care. If any issues are discovered, they will be discussed at the Mental Health Care Committee, and prompt measures will be taken to prevent employees from developing mental health issues.
